Where's the Back Button?

When using the App on an iphone and clicking on a document link, the document will open in the viewer for that file type. So a PDF viewer or a Word Doc viewer and so on. IOS phones don't have a dedicated Back Button but swiping from the left of your screen to the right will take you to the previous screen. On Android phones you can select in your phone settings between a 3 button control which includes a Back Button or gesture control where swiping left or right takes you to the previous screen.

How do I save a document?

Each document has an "add to library" link. Clicking this creates a list at the bottom of the service/documents library page, with links to all of the documents you have added. Click the link and it will take you to the document page and from there you can view or download the document. You can clear your library and rebuild it as many times as you like.

How do I add a new document?

Documents are added by the ceda4 admin team currently. Please email these to ceda at info@ceda.co.uk with as much detail as possible so they can be added to the correct section.

How many users can each ceda member have?

There is no limit to how many of your team can download and use the app. We only ask you let us know if someone leaves your company so that we can cancel their free access.
